How awful and annoying is this US Weekly cover?
Bethenny USED TO BE obsessed with being thin. She isn't any longer. That's awesome. Good for her.
Before this enlightening article, I would've thought that a woman who makes her living promoting products and books from a company entitled SKINNY GIRL may have a bit of an obsession. But obviously I was incorrect.
In fact, what Bethenny does is promote products and books to the women who still are obsessed, unlike her.
There are hundreds of thousands of women who exist only within the obsession with their weight and food and appearance. Every waking moment is devoted to self-criticism and mental obsession. It's a living hell. Bethenny claiming she's magically cured and at the same time selling crap that encourages the dis-ease that robs so many women of time and energy and serenity is disgusting.
